Apologetics Boot Camp - 2026

About this event

Apologetics Boot Camp for Students

We’re developing a special apologetics and worldview training program for mature high school students and their leaders.

This 8–10 session course will help students:

• Understand worldviews and world religions

• Defend the faith with clarity and confidence

• Live out truth in challenging cultural settings

Leaders/Teachers will include Dr. R. Philip Roberts, our theologian in residence. His background brings exceptional experience and credibility to this effort:

• Ph.D. from the Free University of Amsterdam and M.Div. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

• Former President of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Vice President of the North American Mission Board (SBC) with emphasis on urban ministries, inter-faith evangelism, and defending the Christian faith.

• Author of Mormonism Unmasked and The Counterfeit Gospel of Mormonism , and recognized nationally for his work in apologetics and world religion studies.

• He presently leads a weekly call-in TV program that is being broadcast into Iran and Afghanistan, reaching over 1 million households, sharing the Gospel with Muslims.

• His lifelong passion has been equipping believers—especially students—to stand firm in their faith and engage the world with biblical truth.

To introduce this, we’ll host a Preview Session on Saturday, December 7. 9:00–11:00 a.m. Location: TBA

You’re invited to bring a few of your students to this special morning of teaching and discussion. It will be a taste of what’s ahead and a chance to see how this program can benefit your students.
