Yin Yoga, also called the quiet practice. Our Yin class is done almost exclusively lying on our backs (or belly) or seated. No standing poses in Yin. The poses are held longer than a regular yoga class (3 - 5 minutes) in order to access a deeper stretch and get the connective tissue to stretch too. Yin Yoga Monday - 7:00 pm - with Gina
