About this event
Our Warm Yin classes allow our students to come to their stretches with muscles soft because of the Infrared Radiant Heat in the studio. The IR heat is different than forced air heat. Warm Yin Wednesday - 10:00 am - with Mike Wednesday - 6:45 pm - with Kathleen or Tina
