About this event
Intro to Lyra is a BEE-ginner hoop fundamentals class for students who have never touched a Lyra or students wishing to refine their Lyra foundation. Students will learn some conditioning, poses, and transitions. No experience required. This class can be taken multiple times until mastery. Attire: Fitted top and bottoms. Bring socks.
