This class is designed for students with a solid foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu who are ready to elevate their skills in the traditional gi. The focus is on advanced techniques, strategic grip fighting, guard retention and passing, submissions, and transitions that are unique to gi-based training. Expect in-depth instruction, positional sparring, and intense live rolling with other experienced practitioners. This class challenges you to refine your game, build timing and precision, and prepare for higher belt promotions or competition. Blue belt or instructor approval required. Not suitable for beginners.
